By accessing and using the gt33 platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between gt33 and all its members. The platform operates under a license issued by the Curacao Gaming Authority.

Gt33 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is good practice to check this page periodically.

These Terms & Conditions have been written in Bengali for the convenience of members in Bangladesh. In the event of any linguistic discrepancy, the English version shall be considered authoritative.

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account on gt33. All information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, and phone number — must be accurate and truthful. If false information is detected, gt33 may close the account and withhold the balance at any time.

Each person is allowed only one gt33 account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and bonuses along with balances may be forfeited. This policy exists to prevent bonus abuse and ensure a fair experience for all members.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before you can make a withdrawal. Uploading a photo of your National ID or passport typically completes verification within 1–3 hours. Once verified, you won't need to repeat the process.

Deposits at GT33 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for mobile banking, while the maximum depends on your membership tier. There are no service charges on deposits.

KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–20 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and 1–3 hours for bank transfers. It is recommended to withdraw using the same method you used to deposit.

Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. If such a transaction is detected, gt33 may freeze it and launch an investigation. gt33 enforces a strict policy against money laundering.

GT33's bonus offers are an added benefit for members — however, every bonus comes with specific terms. Whether it's a welcome bonus, deposit bonus, or cashback, always read the offer's terms and conditions before opting in. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.

Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering calculations — this is specified in each offer's details. Sports bets and most casino games generally count toward wagering. Contribution rates may differ for blackjack or certain other games.

Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, using different identities to claim offers, or attempting to circumvent bonus terms — will result in all bonuses being cancelled and the account may be suspended. GT33 monitors the gaming patterns of every member.

Once a bet is confirmed at GT33, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the Cash Out feature is active. Always double-check the amount and your selections before placing a bet.

If a bet is incorrectly accepted due to a technical error or the display of incorrect odds, gt33 reserves the right to void that bet. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded. gt33 always strives to reach a fair resolution.

In Sports Betting, if an event is cancelled or abandoned, the bet is voided and the original stake is returned. GT33 uses official results and reliable sources for bet settlement. If you have a dispute regarding a settlement, please contact support within 72 hours.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on GT33. If detected, the account will be permanently closed and the balance forfeited. These rules exist to protect all members.

The use of any software, bots, scripts, or automated methods in betting or gameplay is strictly prohibited. Unauthorised access to another member's account, match-fixing, or involvement in any form of manipulation is also strictly forbidden. Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities for personal gain is equally prohibited.

Using the GT33 platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity is a criminal offence. GT33 is obligated to report any such activity to the relevant authorities. All applicable laws of Bangladesh are fully observed.

Gt33 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances: violation of terms and conditions, providing false information, bonus abuse, suspicious financial activity, or use of prohibited software.

If an account is suspended, the balance may be held until the investigation is complete. If the member is cleared, the balance will be restored. gt33 is committed to conducting fair and thorough investigations at all times.

If you believe your account has been suspended in error, please contact the help centre. You may submit an appeal with a description of the issue and any relevant information — GT33 takes all appeals seriously.

Gt33 believes every member's betting experience should be enjoyable. Responsible Gaming is not just a rule — it is our commitment to our members. That is why gt33 makes multiple protective tools available to everyone on the platform.

Each member can set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and Self-Exclusion directly from their account settings. Once Self-Exclusion is activated, access to the account is blocked for the specified period. During this time, GT33 will also not send any promotional emails.
